Once you have the all-important great idea and you know it is perfect for you, start collecting as much information as possible. Look online, at your local library and in bookstores for information that relates to your business. Find a person that is already successful in your field and ask him or her for guidance. They may even surprise you by offering to be your mentor. Many websites are available online to aspiring entrepreneurs, so if you can’t find a role model in your own market, you likely will be able to in another state or country. Take advantage of their ideas and advice. It pays to do your homework!
Promote residual income products. This is a good way to develop long-term profits because you get paid on a continual basis as long as the customer is involved with the product or program they have joined.
There are many internet business out there that claim you can make hundreds of dollars with their program. I have been involved in many. They all claim to be the best, easiest way to make money from home. For the new internet marketer it all is very confusing. Which program do they choose? Where do they start? How much do they have to invest and how long before they can start making money back on their investment? All these are valid questions.
Does the company that you’re looking at have some type of “buzz” that surrounds it? Do the products or service they offer have enough appeal to draw people to it?
This hope is the driving force of life. In fact you may remember that a Presidential Election was just won on the basis of hope. It’s up to you to decide if that promise of hope has been kept but the fact is that you can learn a lot from that campaign.
Prospecting strangers isn’t worth the hassle (time, energy, sweat, blood, tears and not to mention the headaches). Prospecting these types of people for your business Will take a lot out of you. (Just thinking about it, makes me cringe). Facing rejection from the wrong kinds of people is one of the main “killers” for many new home business owners. Don’t let it happen to you, or anyone in your organization. Don’t prospect strangers.
Lifestyle. Is work or family more important? Are you contended with “simpler living?” Do you desire a Porsche or BMW? Do you want to live in a mansion, a seafront house, etc? Do you have expensive hobbies life golf? These all cost money so tabulating the expenses and matching it to your income is necessary to achieve your lifestyle goals.
If you were to start a franchise for instance you would be looking at thousands of dollars of investment plus the long hours and it would take a long time to repay back your initial franchise fee back. Plus the hassles of staff, overhead and premises. You don’t have those problems with an online business venture.
